ELPIS OVERVIEW
“We are in the process of creating a cure for this illness- however our burdens don’t stop at just the sickness. Our government has always failed us when we needed them - letting the masses die, crushing the creativity of artists and scientists. We want to give freedom to brilliant and creative minds to allow them to thrive without limits on the achievements of humanity.
Our plan is to create a utopia called Elpis for all those who do not wish to be crushed by censorship of society and the harsh rules of the government.”
Lab Location: Cherry Falls Hospital
Living Location: Cherry Falls Hotel
